Shipping areas

We ship orders exclusively within the United States.

Postage costs

• Free shipping on all orders within the United States.
• All shipping costs are covered by Jowsie. There is no minimum order value, and every order qualifies for free standard shipping.
  

Shipping of orders

Once you place an order with Jowsie, our team processes it promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).  
Shipping time: 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri).  
Total delivery time: 6–13 business days (Mon–Fri).  

All orders are prepared and dispatched under our responsibility, and tracking is provided once the order has been shipped.

Order and Cut-off time

• Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri, EST) are processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Orders placed over the weekend (Sat–Sun) will be processed on Monday.

After processing, orders are shipped using our logistics network to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
